What’s on May / June at the Woolshed
Greetings All
I love this from my friend Tony who found it in his Cherokee Feast of Days book:
“Someday, we will know how to take living in stride, to sidestep a great many things and completely ignore that many more.
Sometime, we will learn to pay less attention to the imagined and stop fussing about things we had nothing to do with in the past and cannot change significantly in the future.
One day, soon, we will rid ourselves of things we saved for no good reason and have room for what we really want.
As soon as possible, we will worry less about trouble … knowing some people need it for their security.
Very soon, we will sit together in the sun a whole day and just be happy that we can sit together in the sun all day and just be happy.”
In this bleak autumn/winter weather we need to remember we can always sit together in the sun of friendship.
MAY brings Cave Moon on Saturday 25th and regular Yoga on Sundays 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.
JUNE has Marie’s workshop, The Way to the Truth of your Soul on Saturday 9th; Winter Solstice at Stonehenge Aotearoa on the 22nd and Full Moon (Transformation/Birth of the Girl Child) on the 23rd. Yoga on Sundays 2nd, 16th and 30th.
DRUID CAMP 2014 is confirmed for 16th to 21st January and our Chief Druid in the UK, Philip Carr-Gomm, has confirmed he will attend. The theme is ‘Inspiration, Creativity, Transformation’ and we will explore some of the stories held within the tale of Taliesen. Many more details to come of course but as this is likely to be a larger Camp than usual. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE REGISTERED YOUR INTEREST IN ATTENDING BY 1ST JULY.
