“I’m a bit of a ‘retreat veteran’, but have found that many writing retreats are very social, information heavy and don’t involve a lot of writing. While these sorts of retreats have their place, I often return more exhausted than when I arrived and haven’t made much progress on my writing. The Woolshed was the exact opposite. Pamela holds the space to allow you to write, reflect, nap and eat. I felt like a little kid staying at a favourite aunt’s house- spoilt rotten, then left alone with my imagination. I returned feeling ‘well-fed’: not only physically, but creatively, spiritually and emotionally. Not only that, it was incredibly productive. I broke the back of a first draft and I’ve returned to the real world with renewed enthusiasm for my work.”

“Just thought I would let you know that two people at work commented on how good I looked on Friday (after TPD on Thursday). Thanks so much – I do feel the re-energise process has been given a kick-start.”

“I must thank you sincerely for the most lovely healing and pampering day last Friday. My soul has been crying out for this for such a long time. I have already told quite a few friends of this wonderful experience.”

“Thank you so much for a wonderful retreat I have returned home restored and refreshed. Thank you for the lovely food and to Verity for the spa and shiatsu – it was such an affirming time for me and all the better for being in a receptive frame of mind enhanced by the healing qualities of The Woolshed.”

Thank you for the space you and Verity created. The healing and nourishing treatments for my sister and I were very beautiful and so very appreciated.
